Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large jalapeno pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and pimento in butter.
    Mix cooked rice and corn to the sauteed mix.
    Add sugar, salt and pepper.
    Place in a buttered dish.
    Cook for 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Grate cheese on top the last 5 minutes or until melted. (Can be frozen.
    Leave cheese off until ready to cook.)
