Two-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (17-oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (16-oz.) can whole kernel corn
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8-oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Saute pepper and onion in butter until soft. Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Bake until set.
