Cool Cucumber Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped radishes
    1/3 c. bottled Italian dressing (low-calorie optional)
    1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
    1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation
    Combine rice, cucumber, green pepper and radishes.
    Blend remaining ingredients (dressing, mustard and pepper).
    Toss dressing mixture lightly with rice mixture and chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
