Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
pepper, salt, chopped chives and garlic
1/2 stick butter, cut in 8 strips
flour
breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Place breast halves between Saran Wrap. Beat until thin (about 1/4 inch). Sprinkle each breast with condiments.
Place one of the butter sticks in each roll-up. Dust with flour. Dip in beaten egg. Roll in breadcrumbs. Place in Pyrex dish. Pour in wine. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover to brown.
