Two Fruit Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
1/2 to 3/4 c. skim milk
1 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 bananas, sliced and frozen
ice cubes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in electric blender.
Add enough ice cubes to bring to 4-cup level.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Each serving contains 100 calories/cup.
