Coated Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
4 c. whole pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add brown sugar. Beat until stiff. Cover all pecan halves. Drop by halves on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. Do not overcook.
