Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel, slice and boil potatoes until done.
    Beat with margarine, softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until melted (15 to 20 minutes).
