Egg-Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    1/4 c. soft margarine
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded sharp cheese
    4 to 6 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
Preparation
    Butter bread on both sides. Alternate layers of bread, sausage and cheese. Two layers are usually enough to fill a 13 x 10 x 2 baking dish.
    End with cheese on top. Mix eggs, milk and seasoning; pour over layers.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until brown.
