Chocolate Zucchini Cake With Chocolate Chip Topping - cooking recipe

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 zucchini, finely grated (6 inches long)
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the sugar, butter and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and buttermilk; mix well.
Add measured dry ingredients, then grated zucchini.
Blend well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over top; bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
