Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 saltine crackers
2 Vidalia onions, sliced
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Crush crackers and mix butter, melted.
Put in pan saving few tablespoons for top.
Saute onions in 1/4 stick oleo and put on top of crackers.
Make white sauce with cheese melted in it.
Pour over onions.
Put reserved crumbs on top and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
