French Pastry Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, Crisco and sugar until it resembles corn meal.
    In small bowl, put egg, water and vinegar.
    Mix well with fork.
    Add to flour mixture and mix until well blended, then roll out for crusts.
    Makes 4 single crusts or 2 double crust pies. Freezes well.
