Banana Cranberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cranberries
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. mashed bananas
    7 c. sugar
    1/2 bottle fruit pectin
Preparation
    Simmer cranberries and water for 10 minutes. Add mashed bananas and sugar; bring to a boil and boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add pectin. Stir and skim. Put in sterile jars and seal.
    Yield:
    Eight 8-ounce jars.
