Ingredients

1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
4 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten egg yolks
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Combine yolks, milk and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients until smooth.
Fold in stiff egg whites, leaving it slightly fluffy (curdled looking).
Bake in waffle iron.
