Ellen'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 c. cooked rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz or small container Velveeta
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain.
Mix with rice and set aside.
Over low flame, or in microwave,
melt together the soup and cheese. Pour over broccoli and rice mix.
Add water chestnuts and mix well.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and cover.
Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
(Can use microwave instead.)
