Sweet Potato And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. sliced, cooked apples (just tender)
1 pt. cooked, sweet potato slices
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Place apples and potatoes in baking dish.
Mix together other ingredients and pour over apples.
Bake until light brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
