Fat-Free Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 c. grated carrots
8 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients.
Whisk the next 7 ingredients. Mix all together until moistened.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
