Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen or 6 thighs and 6 legs
    cornbread
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine
    6 or 8 chopped hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook a hen or thighs and legs.
    Bake cornbread to make dressing.
    Add celery and onions to broth after chicken is removed.
    Add salt and pepper to taste; add margarine.
    Crumble bread into broth.
    Add eggs.
    Add deboned chopped chicken.
    If mixture is too dry, add milk; if too thin, add more cornbread. Pour into greased baking dish and bake until a light brown at 350\u00b0.
