Supper Vegetables Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 1/4 to 19 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In 5-quart Dutch oven, over high heat, heat water, cauliflower and frozen green beans to boiling. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until tender. Remove vegetables; discard water.
