Pinto Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 cups canned pinto beans, drained
    3/4 cup finely diced celery
    1/3 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1 cup fresh chopped tomato
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
Preparation
    Drain pinto beans. Lightly toss all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce leaf.
