Lima And Ham Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. buttermilk Ranch salad dressing
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen lima or baby beans, cooked and drained
    3/4 lb. tiny new potatoes, cooked and sliced
    1/4 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. snipped garlic chives
    2 c. snow peas or sugar snap peas, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. chopped cooked ham
Preparation
    Combine dressing, beans, potatoes, ham, celery, green onion, parsley and chives in a large salad bowl.
    Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
    Before serving, stir in snow peas or sugar snap peas.
    To serve, if desired, place halved tomato slices on a platter.
    Top the salad mixture, or mound portions of salad on individual lettuce lined plates.
    Makes 6 servings.
