Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) bag saffron rice, cooked
    2 cans Mexicorn
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Cheddar cheese, shredded for topping
Preparation
    Mix all except for cheese.
    Put into casserole dish; top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
