Pizzaburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. crackers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
    4 hamburger buns
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3/4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine milk, chuck, crackers, onion, salt and cheese in a mixing bowl; mix well.
    Cut hamburger buns in half.
    Toast lightly.
    Spread meat mixture evenly over top of each bun.
