Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. diced bananas
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Add eggs and oil until moist. Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 2 cups bananas and walnuts.
Spoon batter into three 9-inch greased and floured cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pans to cooling rack to finish cooling.
Frost when completely cool.
