Filet Mignon With Horseradish Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    4 (5 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    garnish with tomato wedges and fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Prepare gravy according to package directions; stir in horseradish and mushrooms.
    Set aside.
    Heat a heavy, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add steaks and cook 1 minute on each side.
    Steaks will be rare.
    Place in a lightly greased 1 quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour gravy over steaks; bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered, for 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
    Garnish, if desired.
