Grandmother Gunn'S Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 beaten eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 tsp. butter extract
Preparation
    Blend in sugar,
    flour,
    salt and eggs.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Stir until well blended.\tAdd 2 melted sticks of oleo and 1 teaspoon
    butter
    extract.
    Stir
    quickly
    and pour into 2 deep-dish, unbaked pie
    shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes or until
    center
    is
    set.\tAllow
    to
    cool
    before cutting. Makes 2 pies.
