Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 medium size potatoes
1/2 lb. processed cheese (Velveeta)
2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Slice cheese and arrange over top of potatoes.
