Easy Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. spaghetti sauce (Ragu or homemade)
    12 uncooked lasagna noodles
    4 c. cooked vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, squash, eggplant, mushrooms, onion)
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt, pepper and parsley
    12 oz. shredded cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Colby or Jack; use 2)
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Make a layer of tomato sauce, then 4 uncooked lasagna noodles, half the cooked vegetables, sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese, sauce, noodles, then a layer made of the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper and parsley, sauce, noodles, remaining vegetables, sauce and remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
