Herbed Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
shredded lettuce
Preparation

Place mushrooms in small bowl.
Combine all ingredients except shredded lettuce and pour over mushrooms.
Marinate a few hours or overnight.
Arrange shredded lettuce in salad bowls; top with mushrooms.
