Cheesy Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild or hot pork sausage
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    11 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. biscuit mix, such as Bisquick
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into large skillet.
    Add onion.
    Cover and cook over medium heat until sausage is browned.
    Drain well on paper towels.
    Combine sausage mixture, soup, water and biscuit mix until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Drop batter by heaping tablespoons about 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 4 dozen.
