Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    13 oz. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, onion and garlic.
    Add seasonings, chicken broth and cream; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Put in blender for a few seconds to puree.
    Serve hot.
