Tuna Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna fish
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 c. sweet or sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet and cook garlic, onions and peppers. Drain tuna and shred into skillet with vegetables.
    Mix the paprika and cream together and stir into skillet.
    Stir in the sherry and heat thoroughly.
    Serve with spinach noodles or over rice.
