Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. white sugar
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
juice of 1 orange
Preparation

Prepare carrots and cut into small slices.
Boil in water with salt and white sugar until tender; drain.
Melt butter in saucepan with brown sugar and orange juice.
Bring to a boil; add carrots. Do not overcook.
