Creamy Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. bacon, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1 tsp. paprika
salt to taste
1 c. onion
2 Tbsp. bacon dripping
2 c. potatoes, diced
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk or condensed milk
Preparation

Brown bacon in Dutch oven and drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Saute onion and green pepper in drippings until soft. Add chicken broth and diced potatoes.
Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
Add creamed corn, seasonings, bacon and milk.
Heat through.
