Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 large or medium onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel, slice and cook carrots.
    Add salt, if desired.
    Peel onion and chop.
    Chop bell pepper.
    Mix soup, oil, vinegar and sugar together.
    Drain carrots and cool.
    Put all ingredients together and stir.
    Place in refrigerator; let stand overnight. Will keep in airtight container for 2 weeks.
