Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    paprika
    1 bouillon cube (beef)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in medium skillet.
    Add mushrooms and onion; saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain off any excess fat.
    Stir in water, sauce, bouillon and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream and flour; stir into meat mixture.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly; cook and stir for 1 minute more.
    Serve over noodles.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
