Potato Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boiled potatoes, mashed
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped and 1/2 c. sour cream or 1/4 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. onion dip
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. fine bread crumbs (dried)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 2 tablespoons of margarine, cheese and crumbs.
    Use 1/2 to 2/3 cup of potato mixture for each log to be formed.
    Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine; stir in crumbs and cheese.
    Roll potato logs in crumb mixture.
    Place in shallow, greased baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
