Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti, broken
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese, divided
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. diced pimentos
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine chicken, 1 cup cheese, soup, milk, pimentos, salt and pepper. Drain spaghetti; add to chicken mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
