Smashing Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. any squash, cooked, sliced and drained
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (plain is okay but cornbread is best)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Add melted margarine to 1/2 of stuffing.
    Add to cooked squash.
    Add carrot, onion, sour cream and soup.
    Mix all together.
    Put into a large greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle rest of stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
