Cheesy Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    dash of salt and pepper
    cheese crackers
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in a bit of oil.
    Combine all of the listed ingredients, except cheese crackers.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
    Combine 2 cups crushed cheese crackers and 1/4 cup melted margarine.
    Stir in 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
    Spread over vegetable mixture in casserole.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
