1/2 c. oleo
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
4 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind *

*If using fresh lemons, takes 2 average size lemons to make 2 tablespoons of grated rind.
