Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    salt
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut tops from green peppers; discard seeds and membranes. Place peppers in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover peppers. Microcook on High for 3 minutes.
    Remove peppers.
    Drain liquid. Sprinkle peppers with salt and pepper.
