Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. A.1. steak sauce
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 tomato, chopped
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 c. beef broth (bouillon)
1 c. water
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef.
Add all other ingredients, except tomato and cheese.
Simmer, covered, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat and add tomato and cheese.
