Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. cornstarch
1 T. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. molasses
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts in 1 1/2 qt. microwave-proof casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Cook on High 10 minutes. Rearrange chicken.
Cover and cook on High 10 to 12 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
2 - 4 servings.
