Chinese Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 c. water
    2 c. bok choy, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/4 lb. fresh fettucine or other wide noodles
    1 c. cooked chicken
    salt and pepper
    soy sauce to taste
    1/2 c. straw mushrooms (canned)
    1/4 c. Chinese pea pods
Preparation
    Boil chicken broth and water.
    When boiling, add bok choy. Return to boil; cook, uncovered, for 4 minutes.
    Add noodles. Cook chicken.
    Reduce heat to medium and cook for 4 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and pea pods and heat through.
    Season to taste and serve.
