Chilled Berry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. strawberries*
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. heavy cream
    4 c. half and half
    whipped cream or topping
Preparation
    *Alternate fruits may be used: 20 ounces frozen strawberries (thawed), fresh or frozen blueberries, fresh or frozen blackberries.
