Sweet Pastry Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 large egg yolks
1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat butter with sugar, egg yolks and dash of salt until blended.
Sift 1/4 flour into bowl, beat; add 1 teaspoon ice water.
Repeat with remaining flour and 1/2 to 2 teaspoons water, only enough to hold pastry together.
Form into ball. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before rolling out.
