Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 slices ham (or cubes)
8 to 10 medium potatoes
2 small onions, sliced thin
1 c. grated or sliced Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
paprika
Preparation

First, peel and slice potatoes thick and put in kettle. Bring to boil.
Remove immediately and drain.
Grease crock-pot and layer them in there; cook until done.
Sprinkle paprika on top and always end up with soup on top.
You can also bake this in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 minutes, uncovered and cook for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
