Hot Roll Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
2 c. milk
1 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
8 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast into water; set aside.
Scald milk; add oil, sugar, eggs, salt and flour.
Knead and put back into bowl.
Let rise; punch down and rise again.
Roll into balls; put into greased pan.
Let rise again.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and put butter on top.
