Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1/2 c. brown or white rice
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (10 oz.) tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Remove seed from peppers and wash.
    Combine salt, pepper, rice, browned ground beef, milk and onion.\tStuff peppers lightly and place in pan.
    Add tomato soup and water, then cover.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
