Zesty Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Doritoes cheese tortilla chips, crunched in bag
    2 boneless skinless chicken breast, boiled and separated
    1 can stems & pieces mushrooms, or fresh mushrooms, sauteed in butter
    1 small can sliced black olives, optional
    1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 can cream of chicken
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 block mozzarella cheese, shredded
    Topping: 1/2 cup both cheeses for topping
Preparation
    Boil chicken until cooked thoroughly, cool and separate. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. In a large casserole dish, combine all ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup of both cheeses and bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
